Refund policy
At Lana’s, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date or delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a shipping box.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of formalwear, the following items are final sale:
- Prom gowns, pageant gowns, formal dresses
- Accessories (jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, undergarments, etc.)
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store must be returned in person and follow the same guidelines above.
